1. Return Eligibility
You may request a refund within 30 days of delivery if the product is unopened and in original packaging. Opened products may be considered on a case-by-case basis for quality issues.

3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. After we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 business days to the original payment method.
4. Exceptions
We may refuse refunds for products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer. Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items may have additional restrictions.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
